Facility Rental

Founded in 2003, Galmont Ballet Centre for Dance Education has grown to become known as the Ballet Center in Viera Florida. It is a beautiful, state-of-the-art facility with two studios that are each equipped with ballet barres, floor-length mirrors, sprung floors, stereo systems that are compatible with personal MP3/IPOD players, and a piano and TV w/VHS-DVD system in Studio F.

STUDIO DESCRIPTION & RENTAL

All rates are per hour cost. Discounted rates apply with approval to non-profit organizations. Non-profit organizations must submit documentation of 501(c)3 status. Any group requesting space must be insured. Instructors are available upon request for an additional fee. All rates are subject to change without notice.

Galmont Ballet requires the following:

1) Signed Dance Studio Use Guidelines Form

2) Rental Application with $50.00 Security Deposit to reserve date

3) Signed Liability form

4) Full rental payment 2 weeks prior to the date of the event

5) 48-hour advance notice for cancellation to receive a full refund

6) 24-hour advance notice for cancellation to receive a partial refund

GALMONT BALLET WILL NOT PROVIDE A REFUND FOR ANYTHING CANCELLED LATER THAN 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE

7) An organization that is planning to hold an audition will be charged 1hr before and 1/2hr after the rental time.

8) All payments can be made by check payable to Galmont Ballet.

STUDIO RENTAL POLICIES

DRESSING ROOMS & RESTROOMS

Renters have access to men’s and women’s restroom/ dressing room facilities. GBCDE is not responsible for lost or stolen articles.

SMOKING

Galmont Ballet Centre for Dance Education Center is a smoke-free building. There is no smoking allowed anywhere in the building.

FOOD & BEVERAGE

No food or drinks are allowed in the studios except bottled water.

STUDIO FLOOR

All tape and markings will be removed from the studio floors upon completion of use each day. Further, all markings will be made only with approved tape appropriate for studio flooring (please contact office for details). No masking or duct tape.
